Margrit’s first International Rally was in 1977 in France at Meribel-les-Allues, since when she has attended a total of 37 international WIMA meetings. It was after the 1978 Rally in Wales, GB, that Margrit and 4 other Swiss women formed a small national group but it was not until 1984 that they officially set up WIMA Switzerland with Margrit as Secretary, Liesbeth Stahel as National President and Pierrette Froidevaux as Cashier.
Margrit was the elected National President of WIMA Switzerland from 1990 to 1996.
She has also organised several WIMA Switzerland national and multi-national events with WIMA’s France and Germany.
In 2000 Margrit moved to WIMA Germany.
Congratulations to Margrit who was presented with her certificate and glass award at the International Rally in the Hautes-Alpes region of France.
