After a two-year pause, 250 women bikers reunited in Switzerland for Alpine passes, lakeside swims, chocolate-throwing games, and joyful parades – celebrating friendship, skill, and WIMA’s international spirit in stunning scenery.

Though the 40th-anniversary WIMA Netherlands rally had to be cancelled, 45 riders from eight countries enjoyed an alternative week of scenic rides, swimming, campfires, music, and camaraderie – proving adventure and friendship endure.

2020 Germany, Wilnsdorf, 27 July-1 August — cancelled
Germany’s 70th-anniversary WIMA rally promised industrial tours, Alpine-like rides, discos, and parades for 380 bikers – but Covid-19 forced its cancellation, leaving organisers disappointed yet resilient, preserving plans for future adventures.
